GETTING TO KNOW ME

I am an experienced personal trainer certified in corrective exercise, personal training,strength and conditioning and nutrition. As well as my qualifications I have received athletic scholarships, participated in multiple training programs, and trained ages ranging between 10 to 50 years old.
